What do you do and who are you?
I work at Fintos as Technical Manager and I am also one of the co-owners. My working days can be very different, there are rarely two days that are the same. Only the mornings tend to follow the same routine: going through incoming emails and phone calls and planning the agenda for the day. Then it’s a short morning meeting, followed by a morning porridge and coffee.
My job is to design customer projects and look for suitable components and calculate quotations accordingly. Occasionally, I also contribute by screwing projects myself and doing maintenance. In addition to these, I also make customer visits. Plans made in the morning can suddenly change and be reworked, depending on the customer’s urgency and problems.
In my spare time, I like to be outdoors, cycle, take photos and go to the gym. I also like to read books and study Italian for five minutes every day.
I think the best thing about my job is the variety.

From time to time you need to brush up on old grooves and be encouraged to be creative.
