What do you do and who are you?

I joined Fintos in 2018, so I’ve been with Fintos for 4 years now. I work at Fintos as a Service Manager, which means I am in charge of the maintenance side of things and I am also the First Aid and Chemical Officer at Fintos. I keep first aid supplies up to date and available at all workstations and I make sure that chemicals are stored properly at Fintos and that the related documentation and safety data sheets are up to date and available.

My daily work includes the maintenance of hydraulic tools at my own site and I also do some minor design work. I liaise with customers and other partners by telephone and e-mail. I also carry out installation and maintenance work at customers’ premises.

In my spare time I like to go boating and fishing and I also volunteer at churches. I also like jogging and reading.

The best thing about my job is the nice colleagues, the possibility to plan and carry out the work independently. It’s also very refreshing to learn new things on the job.

Your message to others?

Even when you’re under 50, you can still learn something new!
