What do you do and who are you?
I am co-owner and Chairman of the Board of Fintos, and I am also Account Manager at Fintos. By nature, I am a very curious person with a real thirst for knowledge, which is why I have studied a lot over the years alongside my work. Most recently, I have studied at the University of Applied Sciences and I am five years away from becoming a tradesman!
I like it when my working days are varied. Sometimes the days are long and the pace is fast, but other times you can take a long weekend off work and spend it travelling, for example! I enjoy being around different people and want to make a difference, which is why I have sought out positions of trust in organisations in my spare time. Entrepreneurship and improving the conditions for entrepreneurship is close to my heart, as is board work in a limited company.
At Fintos, my job description includes, among other things, client meetings, where we discuss, for example, cooperation and how we could develop it further. I also manage meetings with other stakeholders, such as representatives of financiers, accountants and insurance companies. It is important for me to have constant interaction with both customers and suppliers, as well as with representatives of stakeholders; this is how we ensure that we can work together.
Internally, we are responsible for our ERP system and its guidance to others. I also compile work instructions, for example for assemblies. The tasks I carry out almost every day are processing orders, preparing quotations and making purchases. In addition to this, I manage the resourcing of the assemblies, i.e. I schedule when each assembly project is to be carried out. On a larger scale, I also plan Fintos’ marketing and customer events.
I think the best thing about my job is the variety and of course the customers!
