Design and assembly

The design process involves much more than just making drawings: The start of the design can be based on a customer’s problem or the need to make a system or process work in a certain way. The feed can be a raw kernel of an idea or a challenge that the designer faces, which we take on board to solve. The output of our design service is always in line with the identified need and the agreed budget.

We explore different options and build, test and with the help of prototypes, develop the optimal solutions for you. Based on our mapping and testing, we recommend the best option in our opinion. Ultimately, it is you, the customer, who makes the final choice.

We can also test the desired product packages and provide first-hand information before formal studies by VTT (VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland Ltd.) or Tukes (Finnish Safety and Chemicals Agency), for example.

We use standard pneumatic and hydraulic components in our design solutions. We select the best suppliers of hydraulic, pneumatic and liquid cooling components from our extensive network, which we have built up since 2008.

We partner with several different suppliers for the same components. This allows us to choose the part that best suits your needs and the supplier we know is reliable and meets our high-quality standards. Alternatively, we can use customer’s standard suppliers and parts for design and procurement.

We are also constantly looking for new component manufacturers and expanding our distribution network to meet the requirements of the projects. Thanks to our extensive network, we have good security of supply; we do not rely on a single supplier and we can quickly find a substitute in any exceptional situations.

For example, small or large batch production is suitable as a service for product development needs at the beginning of the products life cycle and product customisation at the end. Our outsourced assembly service and small batch production enables the customer to increase the efficiency and productivity of its own capacity and profitability.

In turnkey assembly services, we manage the supply chain and the process, either as a whole or in agreed parts. Our responsibilities may include, as agreed, design, scheduling, component sourcing, assembly, testing, documentation, packaging and, if necessary, storage and work instructions.

• We create the plan or use the customer’s plans
• We source the most suitable components from selected suppliers
• We carry out assembly work and/or small batch production
• We handle the packaging of the product or the set.
• If required, we also handle the testing, documentation, work instructions and warehousing of the tools and equipment we assemble.
• The result is that the customer receives finished hydraulic or pneumatic equipment or small batches in a timely manner and quantity.

Our sourcing and import service facilitates the procurement of pneumatic and hydraulic components and specialised high-pressure hydraulic tools for industrial companies.

We offer maintenance contracts for industrial hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Our maintenance service has been developed to make it very easy for the customer.

Our ABC of Safety and Efficiency service includes condition assessment of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment and training to develop staff skills.
