Rapid solutions to your hydraulic or pneumatic challenges
At Fintos Sprint, we take a hands-on approach to solving your problem. We have pooled our expertise and developed our prototyping capabilities to address our customers’ challenges quickly.
Fintos Sprint is a model for rapid problem solving. It is based on deep knowledge and refined processes, practices and tools that we have been refining at Fintos since its inception in 2008.
Content of the Sprint
Depending on the customer’s needs, Fintos Sprint can include tasks related to hydraulics, pneumatics, liquid cooling or high-pressure hydraulics:
- testing of a solution or device
- a technical study or other product development challenge, e.g. for RDI or production
- product design
- experimental effort or other problem solving through testing and experimentation at the Fintos prototype workshop
- testing under extreme conditions, e.g. sub-zero testing of hoses
- testing and construction of fluid and pressure component
- the need to improve production and increase efficiency
- tool conceptualisation
- design of an implementation or application
Fintos Sprint is based on an efficient process
Fintos Sprint follows a straightforward standard process, which allows the customer to get a solution to their challenge quickly. Whether it’s a need expressed by the customer or an improvement idea identified by a Fintos expert during a customer visit, the process proceeds systematically step by step, resulting in an answer to the customer’s question.
Depending on the challenge, after Fintos Sprint, it is possible to contribute to the solution of the problem by using other Fintos services such as design and configuration, procurement and import, maintenance contracts or staff safety and efficiency training. Test drive at Fintos premises
An engine manufacturer wants to test its system. Since the customer’s own production facility does not have the necessary fasteners and other parts ready, the engine manufacturer prefers to carry out the test at Fintos’ premises.
Thanks to the long-term cooperation, the engine manufacturer is confident that the procedure will proceed smoothly and as agreed. The implementation process is fast and easy for the customer.
